At least there was no smoking
Maybe the worst experience ever in a club. I got there at 7pm on a Tuesday. The club itself is not terrible from the layout. There is a decent size bar on one wall, where I (briefly) sat. The stage is in the middle of the floor, and about as long as the bar. I imagine there is room for about three dancers at a time. I say that I imagine that, because in the forty five minutes I was there, on a night shift, only one dancer was on stage. And she was not worth looking at. In fact, as I am sitting at the bar, drinking my $8 beer, the manager comes over to talk to the bartender. He asks how many girls are working. The bartender tells him that 6 girls are working...as servers. But only three dancers. I have never been to a club that a manager was so unaware of the talent, or so overstaffed on one end, but understaffed where it mattered. After seeing the one dancer, then the DJ declaring there would be some break songs, I bailed. Needless to say, I won't be back. The positives were no one smoked. And why the fuck are there four chairs just outside the entrance...I get it in the summer, but why leave them in the winter?
