Afternoon Business

Was making my way through Providence last week and decided to stop by for a little late-afternoon fun. I used to travel to the area quite a bit a few years back, but hadn't been in a while. Not a lot had changed in the way of basic logistics. Fair amount of parking in the back, dark typical entrance with less hassle at the door than I remember from prior experiences (to be fair, prior visits were later at night when I was staying over in town). Inside there's a big 2-story main stage with a bar immediately behind it. I wasn't really there to drink, so ordered a water ($5) and got an eyeroll from the bartender.

I parked myself in a little nook somewhat away from the stage just to settle in and watched the scene. There was a thick Latina on stage at that moment, wasn't really my vibe. Handful of girls working and a few kinda meandered by to see if I was interested in a private dance. The quality of the talent was a little hit-or-miss...maybe the time of day (late afternoon )? After about 10 minutes I was approached by Harmony ... cute / edgy-looking brunette with tattoos. She was more my speed, so we went upstairs for a couple dances. $35 for nude, and she tried to upsell the various VIP options. I was kinda dressed up for business, and probably looked like I had the cash to spend, but I never jump right to VIP without a couple of basic lap dances first. As a side note, the upstairs was fairly quiet at that moment, but looked a lot nicer than I remember it from years ago...more TVs, bar etc.

Anyhow, the lap dance with Harmony was pretty sexy ... The 1st song was a little 'standard', maybe disappointed she hadn't hooked me for the full VIP. But after another song or two things relaxed and got steamier ... about as much mutual hand roaming as I felt comfortable with in the not-totally-private setting. I think I stayed for 4 or 5 songs and was pretty happy with the end result. So I know you're probably thinking why didn't I just pay for the VIP because I probably spent the same amount of money. I guess I prefer to see how things play out one song at a time.
