Saturday at FC

Back in Detroit for a brief trip, so naturally I headed off to Flight Club to take in the fine eye candy and maybe get some action.

Club details: One long stage running down the center of the room. Bar on the left (straight ahead as you walk in). Booths along both walls, facing the stage ($20 to sit there). Tables between booths and stage. On the left there's a stair to the upstairs balcony, where there is a bar directly above the downstairs one.

I arrived a little before 7pm on Saturday. I figured that this would be a good time to check out the end of day shift (and maybe find a dancer who was eager to deal) and then see the night shift come in. The good thing about my arrival time was that there was no cover (though the mandatory $8 valet and $3 coat check still applied). The bad thing was that the club was very dead and it looked like most of the day shifters had already left the building. The only one who approached me looked to be 40-something. If I wanted that I'd go across the street.
