Not Bad, Not Bad At All

Temptations is in South Carolina less than 5 minutes across the bridge from Savannah, Georgia. It’s on the top floor of a stand-alone building pretty much in the middle of nowhere in a marshy, sulfur smelling swampland.

It’s a no alcohol club, but there is a “convenience” store on the first floor where you can buy beer. A large tall boy Bud was $7 and change.

A very pretty door girl asked for ID. I showed a military ID, so she waived the cover. She checked me with a wand, I tipped her a couple of bucks, and went upstairs.
