Topless, not so much, but the lap dance was good

I went at midnight on a Thursday. The place is pretty small, but there were a lot of dancers working, maybe 30. I think the dancers outnumbered the patrons two to one. I'd rate most of the dancers around a 7 with a few above and a few below. They had two stages going. The girls would be on one stage for one long song, then move to the other stage for the next long song. The odd thing was, nobody was tipping at all. As a result, the dancers were not taking off their tops. So it might as well have been a bikini bar. I sat at the smaller stage and tipped a few bucks to each dancer, but it wasn't enough to doff the tops apparently. I caught some glimpses of tits when girls were giving laps dances. They were only $10, BTW, which seems cheap compared to the $20 that most places charge, plus the songs were long, and they looked pretty high-mileage. I had one lap dance for $25 in VIP, which was otherwise empty, before calling it a night.
