Quick lunch visit

I’ve been out of the club scene for a few months, and haven’t been back to the Criket in about a year. My most recent visits have been to Flight Club, but I wanted to check out other places. Criket has been my favorite mid-level club in Detroit for a couple of years, due to its lower overhead costs and non-smoking bar. Generally, the talent was pretty good as well, with a nice variety of ladies.

I wanted to see if talent quality improved with the current shakeout of the Detroit clubs since my visit a year ago. First, a few data points for the reviewers: free parking, no cover during the day. Coat check was free because the girl hadn’t shown up when I arrived shortly after noon.

Criket has pretty decent food, so I had a chicken sandwich ($9.95) and a Coke ($7 or so). No ladies dancing when I arrived, but I was impressed with the brunette waitress who turned out to be the most attractive lady that I encountered. Eventually a few ladies appeared on stage (Dallas, Trouble and McKenzie — what the heck happened to her?). Kind of Bogarts-level talent. I finished my lunch and decided to cut my losses with a minimal $21 investment. I went to the bathroom, and exited to check my messages in that lobby area outside the smoking room — always a good place to meet some ladies who are smoking or generally not circulating. There, I was approached by Taylor from Florida. An attractive blonde, Taylor was the most desirable lady there that day (more were trickling in), but my TUSCL spidey senses started acting up — perhaps a ROB report from before? Based on that, I turned down her proposal for a VIP trip and left. I checked TUSCL afterwards and confirmed that Taylor was cited as an annoyance, but not a ROB. Perhaps I should have sampled her?? Any other info on her?
