Money for nothing.............

Well I made my first trip up to NNJ since the early 90's to see what has changed up there. Working in Manhattan tomorrow for a day, and I don't waste my time there since I have no plans of becoming a regular in NYC.

I selected the Hitching Post since it was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel and reviews indicated easy to locate and safe parking etc. The reviews were spot on in that aspect.

Parked for free (No Valet) and walked in with a nod, so I did not pay a cover charge. Not sure if there is a cover on a Tuesday night. Bellyed up to the U-Shaped bar and ordered a non-alcoholic drink for $5. The bar area seemed clean and well lighted.

There were about 5-6 dancers on stage and immediately they started to drop off the stage landing in front of me asking for a $1 tip. ( The parade has begun). The girls were 7ish in my book, and I didn't see anything that knocked my socks off.

After the first round of dancers left, the DJ called more names as another group jumped on stage.
