Afternoon Delight

This is a second attempt at a review - I am new to the site and should have read some other reviews to see what type of information members are looking for. I was at Blackjacks last Wednesday, my fifth visit in the last six months. The club is easy to get to with it located off a major highway, but exiting can be tricky during high traffic times. There is ample parking on the premises. I normally go in the late afternoon during the week, only going once on a Friday. Prices for parking and cover vary- I have never paid the same amount twice which is strange. I read some reviews on other sites that said the staff is rude but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I don’t have a problem that they can’t serve alcohol - because I am not coming here to drink - I’ll sip my $4 water or $5 Red Bull.

The dances are a little pricey for sure, so I would definitely wait for the 2 for 1 specials to come around. While there are bench seats with curtains to the right of the stage I have never seen those in use. The private dance area is to the left of the main entrance and there are plenty of divided seating areas. The light is really low so you may not get a good look at the dancers. I have never been disappointed with the private dance area- i had a new girl who let me know it was her first shift as a dancer and even though she was a little awkward, I gave her an “A” for effort.

I have gotten a VIP each time I visit and I highly recommend it. The $600 per hour seems high, but when you compare it to the $800 at PoleKatz, the value is at Blackjacks. Once you take away the cheap champagne and cocktails at PoleKatz you are only paying $50 more at Blackjacks for more privacy. To me that is worth it. There is more light in the VIP booths than any other part of the club, The couches are comfortable too. The music videos playing constantly provide the light. I was fortunate to be the first VIP for Meghan, who is one of the newer dancers at the club and she was great. Overall, great experiences at Blackjacks, but like anything else, your mileage may vary. I have become a regular, and will continue to go when I can.
