Red Rubi

I decided to make the trek to the Red Raven last Wednesday. It is a 50 minute trip from the Wilmington area. I arrived around 1:45 or so. Having seen the schedule on Facebook, I was intrigued to put faces to the names that I do not know. I figured if there wasn't anyone that I was interested in working the early shift, one of the 3 o'clockers might catch my eye.

I entered the bar and took a seat to right as you walk in. I think the beers were $4? Regardless, the price is better than most clubs. The step up and the stationary stools always catch me off guard. I sat and watched an entire roster of the dancers and was ready to leave when the last in the rotation came up, Rubi (Brasiliian). When I checked the schedule, I saw the name and hadn't read any reviews on her.

I had seen her across the bar while the others were dancing but she wasn't circulating. She is definitely on the thick and busty side with a youthful face. After her dance, I asked her if I could have a private dance. She came over after collecting her tips and sat down. We spoke briefly. She said she had worked there in the past and this was her first day back (probably just a line to cover her as a newbie). I finished my beer, and we went back.
