A Crawfordsville Bust
This was the first time visiting Club Coyote. It was a Saturday night around 1:30am, and there were about 9-10 dancers working tonight.
The club is located right outside of Crawfordsville, behind a McDonalds and some motels. Not the best neighborhood, but I didn't feel unsafe either. Upon entering, the place had an empty warehouse feel to it. The doorman was courteous, and entry fee was $5. It was hard to tell where the bar was, with the DJ right inside to the right, a double stage in the centred of the room, chairs surrounding the perimeter of the whole room, and the bar was on the far side of the club. There is no waitress circulating, and the choice of drinks seems pretty simple and comparable to other clubs. I ordered a rum and coke and paid $6.
Furniture seemed pretty run down, as did carpet. Girls dance to 3 songs, with stageside seating for tips. Girls will circulate the room for tips and too visit, but they seemed pretty busy. I asked a few dancers for time, but never got visited by them. I did get visited by others who seemed pushy about dollar dances or that my time would be well spent with them. Dance prices are good, I think. $20 VIP lap dance for one song. $100 half hour dance with more privacy, but other customers can see in the room. $150 half hour with two drinks, with more privacy. $250 for a full hour and two drinks. My frustration was that dancers were spending time with regulars, but that happens anywhere. Also, I went from my seat to the stage, only to find that a dancer had moved my stuff in the meantime.
