Long winded for the upvotes.
Back to my spot. Trying to get all green checks so I’ll be verbose.
Parking is readily available but it’s off a major street. I hate the walk inside with staring motorists so I park close to the entrance which is easy to do as the lot is never crowded when I go.
The best time to go is early. The place opens around noon and usually a few girls are there by 1:00-2:00. I think they get bussed in from the Newark area so if you show up too early you’ll be waiting at a pretty empty bar.
Once you enter there is a small alcove with two dance cubicles off to either side. During the winter it gets pretty cold since it’s off the entrance. Once you enter the bar area it’s fairly large. The bar encloses the stage. There are stools set up at the bar and tables against the wall. There are more interior cubicles. I suggest these for the winter dances. All the cubicles are pretty much the same which is filthy and small but big enough for a chair and two people. The exterior cubicles are better due to privacy though.
There’s a pool table which costs $20 to use but they return your money when you’re finished playing but don’t forget to ask because they will keep it. The rights side of the bar is always empty and the place never feels full.
