Camelot is literally a white tablecloth gentlemen's club. It's not a great place for a good grinding lap dances, but if you're in the mood for looking at some beautiful women, this is an old standby in the Dupont Circle area. I went in late on a Friday afternoon. The place was busy but for from packed. The standard look for the girls, is fit, attractive young white women sporting landing strips. At least that was all I observed. Some girls were sitting with customers, but I didn't see any lap dances, and none of the girls I talked to offered. No mention of VIP either, although one did say that things were more fun when the upstairs opened. Also a big plus is that unlike Archibald's, no one here was scanning driver's licenses for future identity theft.
