First Time, Long Time

I finally made it over to the new Christies Cabaret this past Saturday night. I arrived around 10pm. Plenty of parking available. Cover charge was $12, but came with a VIP pass for a free future visit. No ID check/scan, pat down or wand. Friendly bouncer eager to take me to a table. $6 for a bottle of Bud Light from an attractive waitress. Not many customers, probably around 15 during my entire visit.

I think the layout has been covered pretty well in other recent reviews. It's very nice, you can tell they spent a ton of money on the remodel. There's a large stage in the middle of the building with a pole on one side and a hoop hanging down on the other side, with seating around the stage. The VIP section is upstairs. The hoop brought back memories of the swing they used to have at 'The Jungle' downtown when that place was open. Some of the girls looked pretty awkward trying to swing on it though. Minor gripe, the tables (my table at least) were way back from the stage, with lots of open room between the stage and the tables, it seemed like wasted space to me. It seemed odd that there were no TV's anywhere to be seen either.

As for the dancers, there were maybe 7-8 girls working. All of them were fit and in shape. I don't think any of them had implants, no DD's either. I'd rate all of them all in the 7-8 range. It feels like they are trying to keep their standard high and I applaud them for that, a few more girls would have been nice though.
