Happy Days are Back
To recap what many of the regulars know, The club is on the west side of Rt130. If you are northbound it is right where the divided highway ends. It is a single story pink building that is hard to miss. If you are southbound it is on a curve just past the Ford dealership, and is easy to drive past. Slow up at the dealership. There is plenty of parking.
The first thing that you will notice, if you come during the day, is that there is no door fee. You buy the obligatory $5 water and that's it. There is a large rectangular bar with a stage in the middle. Each dancer works a fairly short set, than circles the bar in a counterclockwise direction, soliciting tips and private dances. This is important in planning where to sit, if you want to make friends quickly.
There has been a lot written about changes in the club's operation since a recent lawsuit. There is no need to worry, things are pretty much back to normal. All of the couch-dance rooms have had the curtains removed, and the doors put back. The more experienced dancers have returned to prior levels of service.
