Going south of the boarder is a great time. Always use a standard taxi, as their are lots of scams in TJ. The drive is short but don't walk. The cab should cost you about $10 USD with tip. Be careful and aware of your sourundings. Great value for the buck. I found it best to buy the girl a drink and chat... to see how well their English is. (If that is important to you). This will give you enought time to see if you like their assets. Then do the $21 dance. Sometimes after 2 or 3 on a weeknight they will offer you a VIP room. $60 plus tips and extras.
