I've been going here pretty frequently for the last 3 months and it's definitely become more and more consistent on night shifts. I'm pretty picky when it comes to the girls so I will say that the standards are pretty high and even on a slower night (Monday) in the industry, there were still about 3 girls that I found very attractive and 2 who I would get a dance with. Dancers on nights have been pretty good about staying active on the floor instead of hiding in back or anything like that regardless of whether it's busy or slow. Waitresses are good about being attentive, but not pushy which I've seen at other clubs. I will say that one of the TV's wasn't on and that's a pet peeve of mine at any club/bar, but it's not that big of a deal. There are usually even more hot girls on Thursday through Saturday which is to be expected, but I was definitely pleased with the quality on a Monday. Definitely will be coming back often.
