what a depressing club to go...

what a depressing club to go to! I almost always just do the 45 minute drive down to providence to go to some real clubs with real dances, but i was downtown with some time to kill and I decided to try it out again after many years. first of all, the club is in need of a lot of work, and the bar crowd and the dancers this afternoon were few and far between. there was one dancer who was about a 7, but that was the best. Typical of Massachusettes it was heavy on the "buy the girl a drink", but there is nothing in the way of private dances in any reasonable price range that could possibly be worth it. It's all air dances, and if more happens in VIP (for big bucks) i wouldn't take the risk to try. much more fun can be had, with more attractive ladies, and for much less out of pocket in providence at my two favorites -- Fantasies and the Satin Doll. Boston has dropped so far from the glory days of the Combat Zone in the eighties.
