Changes are coming!
This review is comprised of a multi-day visit from this past week. I usually arrived around 12:30p to a less than half-full parking lot. Worried that this was the sign of the times, I entered the club with low expectations. No ID check by the bouncers and free admission further only added to my speculation, which was confirmed when I entered to a particularly bare club. I had been here as early as last month and the seating area in the center of the club was packed back then.
Found a seat at the bar to survey the area and to my surprise, did count quite a few dancers on shift. Now, some of them are new but at least one of my CFs was there! We sat and caught up with each other while grabbing a few of the 2-for-1 drinks ($9/each). She was kind enough to inform me of some rumors that may or may not be substantiated. These are going to have a big impact on the VIP booths.
First, they changed the blackout glass on the top of the walls of the VIP to clear panels so you can now see the tops of the VIP booths. Also, if you look above the outer perimeter of the VIP, you'll notice a few cameras installed. These, I was told, will not face the VIP until they complete their renovations. Finally, one of the biggest changes is that they will be changing the way VIP is oriented with the seating facing inward instead of outward. Again, these are all rumors that she said would be happening in the next few weeks.
