Surprise!! (and not the good kind)

This club is going downhill in my opinion. I don't get to North Austin very often, but when I do I try to stop by here for the dancers and a little R&R before bedtime. The cover before in the evenings was $20 as I recall. (A buddy paid for the crew.)

Our group of 5 men found a table as far from the front door as we could and we were met by a waitress right after we settled in. Check that box a go. Drinks were moderately priced. They had beer buckets for around $25 and my premium was priced in at $7.50. There was also a bottle special at $69. We did not partake.

I thought I was going to get a cabana with the cute redhead I met (Lola) and that's where things got weird. Cabanas have always been a Benjamin for half an hour. I made a mistake and assume that to be the price so when we headed back for some private time, I was surprised to learn that the price had doubled. I was told that this was a decision the club made this year and that the price was not negotiable.
