Not bad for a Wednesday night

Came here around 9pm on the night of a Twenty One Pilots concert. Not too busy, saw about 30 customers about maybe 15 dancers working. The club was clean and sets itself apart from the other joints on Bourbon in that regard. The staff was respectful and professional. Chairs were comfortable and club did not feel cramped. Had a bigger stage towards the back of the club and a smaller one in the middle. They had a dancer on each at all times. Music level was fine. Thug factor is definitely low in this club, saw plenty of clients in suits and I felt very comfortable with my surroundings.

The dancers were all solid 7s and saw some 9s that night. The cocktail waitress was banging! Mostly white girls with one Asian and one black mixed in. I would say in the 24-30 age range mostly. Most of the dancers did not have large body tattoos. Did not get the druggy vibe at all. Just hot girls paying their way through school, adventurous girls living a double life or supporting their kids. All good to me. A couple of dancers came and talked to me at the bar but was not pushy at all about dances. Asked them about how they liked working there and most of them seemed to like it.

While the club vibe and quality of the girls are where Penthouse shines, value is where it lags. Cover is $12 even though you can check in on Yelp and get in for free. Mandatory drink purchase upon entering. I had a bottle of Corona for $8. Private dances were $35 and take place on couches situated in the main room so there’s little privacy unless you splurge on the champagne room. From what I saw from the private dances in the main room the mileage is pretty low.
