Saturday Night

I stopped into Bourbon Street on a recent Saturday night. I arrived around 11pm to a fairly full parking lot. IMO, that's usually the good sign of a good club (for the record, I drove past Christies/Phoenix on my way over and it looked pretty empty). Cover charge was $10, the door girl was hot so I tipped her a buck. The fat bouncer waved me in without saying a word, no wand, no ID scan, it was probably the last I saw of any bouncer until I left.

It was pretty crowded, but there were a few tables open here and there. The crowd was mostly on the younger side but lots of middle aged guys in the house too, also plenty of couples. I've also notice more Indians lately (as in the country India, not American Indians), that's an interesting trend.

Waitresses were aplenty. I paid $6 for a bottle of Bud. On a side note, and I hate to be that guy, but there's a blonde waitress who works the night shift here who gives every girl in the place a run for their money in the looks department. I'm not sure her name, but she had me quite mesmerized. She should start dancing pronto, she'd do quite well.
