I went to Lil’ Vegas on a Saturday night at 00:30. The club is located right on US 19, just west of the town of Monongah. The building is made of yellow-painted cinder blocks, and the parking lot is gravel. This place epitomizes the phrase dive bar strip club. The cover charge is $5 for over 21 and $10 for under 21. Women over 21 do not have to pay a cover charge. Sincweisers were $3.50 for a bottle. Drinks for dancers were $5 and shots for dancers were $10. A simple food menu is offered: fries, nachos, cheesesticks, chicken tenders, chicken wings, Italian chicken sandwiches, hot dogs,and one-third pound hamburgers. The inside is split into two rooms by a curtain. The front half has the bar and some high top tables. The back half has the stage and a number of tables. The stage is the same level as the floor, but surrounded by a two and a half foot tipping wall. There is no pole on the stage.

It seems Lil’ Vegas is all about the stage show. Most of the dancers will come over to the tip rail and squirt moisturizer into the patrons’ hands. The patrons then can rub and massage the moisturizer all over the dancer’s body except for her crotch area. From there, the patrons are supposed to slap dollars onto the stripper’s body and let them stick on her with the moisturizer. Once the dancer is sufficiently “wallpapered” with dollar bills, she may try to shake and twerk the dollars off of her body. I had a blast rubbing that moisturizer all over these young women’s breasts and buttocks. Dancers do five-song sets on stage. There were four dancers working Saturday night. All of the entertainers were Caucasian, and they were, surprisingly, better looking than I would’ve expected to have found in a small town dive.
