I arrived at Babes at 8:30PM, Saturday evening, September 9, 2006. Paid a $10 cover charge (up from $5) and ordered a $4.50 Red Bull in the lobby. Carrying my drink, I sat down at a table not too far from the main stage. On my way to the table, 2 black dancers and a white dancer stopped me and tried talking me into a 'threesome'! Hell, I hadn't even taken a sip of my drink! This really "pissed" me off, the immediate pressure for LDs, and I almost left the club without drinking my drink.

This has been the first time I have returned to Babes in almost three years. There is evidence that they had remodeled and the club looks pretty good now. The main stage is in the center, is large, and has three brass poles. There are chairs going all around the stage. There are tables and chairs circulating around the stage, about 8 feet away. On the three walls, they have cushioned loveseats and cushioned chairs. The club is fully carpeted. Their VIP area is toward the back wall and to the right. It is a good size room, dingy looking, holding about eight stuffed couches with tables.

I noticed about 20 customers and 8 to 10 dancers, ranging from 6 to 8 in appearance, mixed, half white, half black.
