I have been to Rick's a few times over the years. Every time is a different experience. When they say YMMV they are not kidding. By far the best time to go is late in the afternoon or early evening hours. This gives you the time when the most girls will be working and the bar isn't crowded with cutomers. Make sure you sit at the second stage to the left so that you get to see the girls as the exit their last stage dance and are available to do private dances. It give you the opportunity to preview the goods. If you see a dancer that you want a dance from, make eye contact and chances are she will come over and ask you for a dance. When you get back to the dance area, before she starts, ask her how much the dances cost and what you can expect from each different price level. Most have dances that range from 20 to 50. Dont be afraid to negotiate a deal for a package of dances, or go with the line "Lets start with a 20 and see if you can earn some more of my business". The door charge was 10 dollars with a 5 dollar drink minimum (non alcoholic). The girl who danced for me was a small petite woman with a nice body. the milage was excellent and I left a happy customer. Overall, there are as many dancers who are 5s working here as there are 9s. Everybody has their own tastes.
