Live out in the Pac NW now but decided to swing by the PL a week ago on a trip back home to my old stomping grounds in Philly.
First time back in about five years but club looked pretty much the same as it did when i left it. Dances still timed at 4 minutes for 30 skins. As others have stated, all but one of the dance areas now has a beaded curtain which i personally didn't find all that bothersome but of course, your experience may differ. No dollar parade during the time i was there either.
Did notice the dancer turnover that's been mentioned but did still see a few a couple of holdovers from the good ol days. Unfortunately, Andrea wasn't one of them but i was told she did still work there. Seemed that there were more home growns working now as opposed to the Brasilians who in the past pretty much had the run of the place, but this is still a place you go if you're into older ladies. Bartenders still cool to hang out with, and yeah, the bathroom situation still sucks. Not as good as in the past but i'd go back.
