Not a great experience.

To start, this place does have valet only, so your going to be paying $7 plus tip on a Friday.

Upon entering, it was $10 to get in. About average for Detroit. The inside seemed pretty clean and in good shape. You walk right into the main dance area. You can go to the bar or small tables for free, or pay for a booth (not sure the price because I did not). All the tables were taken, which was less than great because between the bar and stage is a raised table with stools, if people sit there it blocks your view. There is also an area to the right of the door that is a separate room open to the rest but I never got to see what was there. There is also an upstairs area, I believe it's where the private dances are held.

o I sat at the bar. Friendly bartenders, did their jobs. I paid I think $5 or $6 for a Bud Lite and $7 for a Fuji water.

There was some super attractive girls, enough so that I seriously considered private dances when I normally wouldn't without talking a while. And therein lies the problem. I was there around 1.5 hours. In that time I was approached by one dancer at about the 1 hour 15 minute mark. I have never struck out that bad. They seemed to hover around the regulars and a group that was either a birthday or bachelor party . Normally I just make eye contact and smile, and someone would approach me, but no such luck. The one who did approach me was a really nice black girl, but sadly she was bigger and not my type.

Would I go back? In the right situation yes. The right situation is a birthday or bachelor party in Detroit. But just stopping by alone? Nope.
