I hit the Playground Lounge on a Tuesday night around 21:30. The cover charge was $5. They put a wristband on your arm, so you can come and go as you choose. The building housing the nudie bar is divided into a series of three bars with the center bar being the Playground Lounge. The west side is a bar called the Buffalo Saloon, and the east side is a bar called the Loading Zone. There is a passageway in the rear of the building that connects all three bars. There are two poker tables set up in a rear area for Texas hold’em tournaments. Sincweisers were $3.50. On Tuesday, drinks are two for the price of one. When you buy your first drink, you are given a ticket for a free second drink. There is one pool table inside the strip club. You are not allowed to use your cellphone inside the club because they are paranoid about guys taking pictures and videos.
There is one stage with a center pole. If you sit at the stage to tip, you cannot insert the dollars into a dancer’s g-string. You have to place the bills on the tip rail. Most dancers will just come by and give you a close-up look. At most, you might get a Stevie from a dancer. At least the dancers all stripped down to fully nude on the stage. Dancers seemed to make decent money at the stage, so they were not overly pushy to sell private dances. There were six dancers working on a weekday night shift, of which two were fuckable by my standards. I was surprised to see so many ebony dancers working in The Electric City.
