Highest mileage place in the area also without VIP

I visited on a Wednesday afternoon in the middle of the summer. I arrived around 3:30pm, and there were 3-4 girls inside and about 5 customers. More girls started to arrive around 4:00 - 4:30pm.

There were a couple of good looking girls in their 20s, and three a bit on the older side. As more girls arrived, I would say that about one third of the girls were worth a dance.

When I arrived there was a girl dancing the pole behind the bar, and the others were either giving lap dances or just sitting at the bar looking at their phones. When it started getting (moderately) more lively, girls were walking around for tips. I was not used to this and took me a minute to understand that the girls walking around wanted a few dollars for showing their titties, and were not just looking to give dances.
