Amazing Visit

I always park at the border off Camino De la Plaza and walk to the taxi stand. Never have any trouble parking or getting across. Monday through Thursday parking is generally cheaper. Only issue is that if you prefer weeknights, San Diego freeways can be a bitch during rush hour. Get there early in the afternoon if you can.

If you walk across, you’ll have to show your passport, but that’s never really been an issue or very time consuming. Just be sure to have your passport.

Once through, walk to the taxi stand, get a cab, say “Adelitas,” and you’re on your way.
