Went to Scarletts on a visit to Miami. Great vibe and although it was an afternoon and a bit empty (got better afterwards), there were 3-4 great girls who I had a lot of fun with. The $25 rooms were amazing and it is a place where your money goes a long way. Also must say the barwoman was super friendly, hot and we had some great tequila shots.
