Downtown in The D

Went to Legends on the Sunday night of the Lions home opener. According the ladies, management had been hyping this day up and there must have been 40-50 attractive dancers in the house. I purposely waited until about 6pm to arrive (1pm game) as I wanted to avoid the huge after game rush and associated parking issues.

Traveled south on the Lodge, did the U-turn at Jefferson / Beaubien, and a quick right on Brush to the parking lots on the right that are right across from the club and were only charging $7 by that time. (Like $12 to Valet).

$10 cover charge and the standard $8 for a bottle of Lite beer. Indeed the place was still pretty busy with a bunch of drunk Lions fans using stacks of $1 to perform the usual ridiculous rain dance to which the dancers are all walking around with plastic buckets to carry all their ones. Same annoying 30' screen behind the main stage which isn't too bad when the game is on but, distracts from the ladies when the mass of commercials run. 2nd floor bar and associated smaller stage was open which is actually about the best place to tip a dancer as she can actually hear you; their stage rotation ends there as far as I know.
