More than 6 months since the last visit. I needed a break, saw that a friend was dancing and that it was Topless Waitress night so I made the trip to Fargo. The club supposedly has new ownership. I didn't notice any physical changes in the club. There were a lot of new dancers in the club, I had only seen a few of the dancers and knew 2 of them. One of the dancers that I know said that they were cracking down on things, girls had been fired for a variety of reasons. The club is still topless in all areas. Cover is still $6 and drinks are still reasonable. Beer was $3.50.

Dancer quality is always pretty decent at the Northern. Not a lot of cultural diversity. I think there were 3 or 4 non-white dancers and maybe 8 white dancers. Most of the dancers seem to be friendly and stop for a minute to say hello instead of just doing the "Wanna dance" routine.

There are several different levels of private dances. Table dances are $10 and couch dances in the back room are $20. I also found out that the VIP room that was set up a while back is $125 for 15 minutes. I was told that the VIP room is a little more friendly and a better deal if you are planning to get 5 or more dances, but that the normal rules apply. That means no touching the dancers during a dance (friendly hugs are acceptable after the dance) and dancers are allowed limited touching of patrons.
