A great return trip to an old favorite

I hadn't been back to MBOT in maybe a year, and I was curious how the new ownership (which I guess is not so new anymore) had impacted the place. My sense is, not much. When I entered at around 2:45 in the afternoon, I was charged a $15 cover. The most notable thing about the place was how dark it was. It's like there wasn't a light on anywhere, which is not how I remember a typical Friday afternoon. There were probably four of five guys there, and only three women working.

MBOT has several different rooms, as you can see from their website. There's the NY stage, which is where some nominal dancing goes on. There's the Green Door room, which is basically a lounge. There's the screening room, where a selection of 70s/80s porn is playing, and there's the lap dance area, near the front of the place. Along the halls and off the back of the green room are various private rooms.

There was one woman dancing, the rest were in the private rooms. So the place felt totally empty. At first, I hung out in the screening room. At the very least, paying $15 to watch a porno completely by myself is a value. Within probably 5 minutes, a tall blond with long legs and big, enhanced (but soft) breasts came up to me and offered me a lap dance as a "warm up."
