A Great Little Club

Before I get into this review please note that it's not based on just my last visit. I have had many afternoon/early evening visits to Columbia Strip and started going there when it was still Jag's Clubhouse. I know this club very well.

The club is easy to find and in a convenient location. It's right off the I-5 just north of the city. And you can't miss it because it's a blue building in an industrial and sketchy neighborhood. It's got a small and fenced in parking lot with overflow parking across the street.

Upon entry you can see the entire club to the right. To the left there's a door to a spacious and privately fenced in and covered smoking patio, almost as large as the main room itself. It's nice. To the right in the main club there is a short row of video gambling machines that ends at one side of an 'L' shaped bar. Across from the corner of the bar is the main stage which is a basic square at ground level with two sides mirrored and the other two lined with 4-5 chairs. Behind both rows of chairs are high chair tables and there are two small and curtained private dance booths in the far corner of the club. Next to the booths is an unused teeny tiny stage with three chairs. In all my years of coming here in the afternoons I've never seen the stage used other than for a stripper to stretch before starting work. There are also two TVs over the high tables along the walls with whatever sports events of the day being broadcast. It's a very well lit club with red/pink stage lighting. Overall it's a small club with a basic layout. It's kept very clean for a neighborhood dive and the high tables are new and a recent improvement. Aside from 1-2 video machines you can see the main stage from anywhere.
