Fun still to be had

Hadn't been to hi liter or any other club for awhile but decided to pop in during the week. No cover, random ID checks it looks like. Breezed right in and refused the help to find a seat. Got a seat by restroom and got a bottle water from one of the 4 or so servers. Saw some old regulars and plenty new faces. Finally saw a familiar face and waved her down. Plopped into my lap and we had a great chat. Told her I hadn't been in in awhile since I had heard VIP was no longer fun. She smiles and says, "it's still can be fun.". With that we head to VIP, make an immediate right and get a booth. Dance starts and halfway thru she notices the last booth opens up and she suggests we move. I comply. Dance continues and end up getting just three dances as she was too good and I was a bit quick on the trigger. We settled the tab and off I went into the bright sun with a cheesy grin on my face. HL still does offer good wholesome fun. :)
