I haven't been to Lookers in...

I haven't been to Lookers in well over a year. Well, I had a long weekend, and a Friday afternoon with some time to kill in the general area. So I figured hey, let's see, maybe they've come back up due to a little competition. I only had an hour or so, so I figured I couldn't get into TOO much trouble.

Layout and atmosphere haven't changed a bit. It was post lunch rush so there wasn't much competition for somewhere nice to sit. That's always been my only real issue with Lookers, the layout. The seating area between the bar and the stage just doesn't cut it when it gets crowded. However, it does have its advantages, as explained later. Needless to say, this club is all nude, so non-alcoholic drinks only. Free food, but I'd just come from a 3 pint lunch at Coleman's, so that wasn't really necessary.

There were a good number of girls working. The quality of their girls seem to have improved since the last time I've been there. Definitely moving back towards more 8s than 6s. One thing I like about Lookers is that there isn't really a "main" stage in the back of the house. The girls have to spend most of their time on the runway. This gives you a good view and lets you scope out who you might want to have a dance or five with. And this largely makes up for the limited seating area between the bar and the stage. Yes, there is seating on the other side of the stage. But when there are only 3 or 4 patrons inside the club, and they're all on one side of the club, which way do you think the dancers are going to mostly face? Which just made me think, maybe I ought to have sat on the other side.
