Rick's is still one of the best clubs in the US.

The reviews on this page are all pretty accurate. The girls range from 6-9 with a half a dozen 9s at any given time. You don't get the quality conversation at this place, but depending on the girl, you will get more than your typical "would you like a dance..."

For the VIP section, pay close attention to the girls that work the front section and the girls that work in the back. The front section is pretty visible from the club, so you can pretty much see the air dances versus the higher level dances. Most of the girls will cut you a multi-dance deal as well.
