Dump in Gastonia !!

OK, This is my first visit to this club. Living in Charlotte, this is a bit of a hike but I said what the heck saw some decent reviews and decided to take the drive up on Sunday before labor day. They Open at 6 pm on Sundays and I reached there around 6:45 pm or so. It did not go well. This club is in downtown Gastonia next to a Biker Bar and in a very non descript isolated part of town so did not feel safe. Got into the parking and see few cars parked around the entrance and many spaces in the back but no cars there so parked up front.

The downhill experience started from the beginning - the bartender -Mal Baucum who also doubles as the lady who takes your cover charge. I got the MAL free entry coupon emailed to me but she said since you are not a member I have to pay $10 although I have free entry coupon. When I told her none of the other MAL clubs charges an entry fee in Charlotte, she came back with "They are not doing their jobs".. OK great job L & L Gastonia...NOT !!!

So started out with an argument and after getting in the quality of the ladies who were all eating spaghetti dinner which is the special here on Sunday..Just awful looking food and ladies who all looked like trailer park trash...Made me think why didn't I stick to Gold Club or Uptown Cabaret in Charlotte.
