Had a buddy call me who was taking the day off, 'Did I want to goof off at the club?' We sat at the bar drinking beer for about 3 hours. Upon arrival, my buddy was thinking we chose the wrong club. There were only 3 dancers in the house. However, over that first hour, there was a steady stream of new talent making their way in to the dressing room. By the time I left, there were about 13 dancers on shift. The DJ had to open a second stage to keep the rotation moving. That's the most dancers I've ever seen at this club in the afternoon. About 4 white, 5 aa, and 1 Asian, so there was diversity and variable body types. As we sat there contemplating our options, it occurred to that we were approaching the 1st of the month combined with an upcoming holiday weekend. I turned to my buddy, "Rent is due." That explains the high number of dancers.
I was mainly there to hang out with my buddy, and didn't find a particular dancer to take for a dance. I did see three or four dancers and customers heading for the private suites. Seems like it was a buyer's market. Overall, an enjoyable afternoon, taking in the scenery. I'll be keeping an eye out toward the end of September to see if the pattern holds.
