Worthy Bikini Bar if in Rockford

I dropped by on Friday afternoon to the other joint in town, the Bigfoot Lounge, and was not too comfortable with the neighborhood and based on some activity there, it looked like the place was not open - people milling outside by their vehicles most of which appeared to be worse for the wear. Stayed around in parking lot and saw one of the dancers arriving for work and she did not impress me enough to stay around. I was on the way east so I decided to check out Tiger's Tail. The neighborhood is significantly better than the other club being a long driveway off a main drag that is a mix of commercial properties and gradually converting to residential. There is another restaurant/bar/club at the end of that particular drive but before you get to that, your are at Tiger Tail Exotic Dancers. Not 100% sure of the Exotic dancer standard definition but this is not quite what is going on inside where bikinis are the standard fare.

Early on a Friday afternoon there were maybe 6 PLs and 2 dancers that were very tame and convinced me these were domesticated tigers. The bar is off to the right at the entrance with gambling options behind and off at the end of the bar was the entrance to the VIP section which is a $10 cover. The bar and walls are heavily adorned with diamond tread steel and was done very well in a way that was upscale from that same thing used in a garage. The main dance stage is on the other side of the bar and there is some additional seating that most of the PLs were seated at and after awhile, I could see that was the main place to see the girls dance. Once girls were wrapping up their time on stage, the would walk on the bar around closer to the entrance and chat a bit but mainly were interested in collecting dollars. With only two girls working early on a Friday, this is not the best time to give a full assessment. Additionally, neither girl interested me enough to try VIP nor were either girl attending to the newbies as compared to the regulars that were there in full force.

One disappointment to me was having a male bartender - bartender was doing shots with the girls during their sets and dancer/bartender seemed in a way to be more interested in yapping than they were about serving the customers.
