First Impressions

I’ve mostly gone to Venom or TD’s East, but I decided to give Ten’s a shot because a coworker recommend it. I got there around 4 PM on a Tuesday. A far warning: impressions are deceiving - the place *looks* small when you first walk in (until you find out about the upstairs).

The bar had two-for-one draft beers for $4, which felt like a steal. But like most clubs, the bar faces 180° *away* from the stage, so I grabbed a beer in both hands and went to the floor seating.

Fortunately for me, there were 4-6 girls working the day shift, outnumbering the patrons at the time. One girl walked by, lunch in hand, and sat next to me. She introduced herself (we’ll call her “L”) but then started devouring her cheeseburger.
