Great first visit
Was passing through Greensboro and had some time (so after consulting TUSCL), decided to stop by and check out the Treasure Club. I arrived about 3:30 on Friday afternoon and was impressed with the appearance of the club - very neat. I thought at first the club shared space with an auto detail shop (large roll up door on the right of the building), but found out later this was for the limo. Club entry door was on the left of the building. No admission charge since I arrived before six, but they did scan my ID. Walked in the club, bathrooms were on the right, stage left and bar straight ahead. Went to the bar first to survey the club and give my eyes time to adjust to the dark.
Was greeted by a smokin hot bartender - later found out that her name was Scarlett and unfortunately, she didn't do dances. She was tending bar and waiting on all the tables, so getting a second drink later took a while. Ordered my usual coke ($3.75) and scoped out the club.
Club was smaller than I expected - barbell shaped stage in the center with 2 poles, chairs and small tables around the walls and a raised platform at the back with additional seats and the DJ booth. There appeared to be about six dancers working, most were sitting with regulars - where they stayed until called to the stage. Funny thing was that only three dancers were being called up - I never heard the other three get announced, and I was there for 2 hours! I tipped all the ones that danced on stage, but only one came by after to thank me for tipping.
