Was in town for business and visited the Poodle after work on Friday. I noticed that the club has been renovated with better lighting and seatings. The old secondary stage has been converted to a shower show area, though with a thin plastic curtain.
Since it was Friday evening, the club was quite packed. There were about 15 girls on rotation. Most of them were good looking, and in their 20s.
The cover charge was $20 and no booze. You cold get soft drinks from the bar though. There is a liquor store in the adjacent strip mall to get your drinks. You can leave and reenter the club.
The lap dances are pricey - 40$. They are not nude, topless only. Dances happen in a semi-private area that does not allow much scope for fun. I got 2 dances. First was with Ahri and it was decent with boob play for a 20$ tip. The second one was with Missy. She was more accommodating and did not require a tip for touching.
Overall, a pricey, low mileage club. If you can, SF offers much better value for your money.
