In and Out
I've left reviews for BSC before, and will start out by saying not much has changed - which is the way some of us like it. This isn't a big extras club, but may be the best spot in the valley if you want to meet some great dancers, watch a little TV on their 2 very large flat screens (plus one behind the bar) or just want to chill to some music. The volume level is about right and the sound system may be the best around.
So on to the review for this visit. As always, if you visit in the afternoon, there's no cover charge. I arrived about 2pm and walked right in just to realize that I was totally blind. It's so dark in the club when you walk in from 110 degree sun blasting light/heat from the AZ sun that it takes a minute to adjust. The nice part is that the bar is just inside the door. I made a b-line for one of the stools and grabbed a beer while my pupils dialated. Beer is cheap, and they have Stella on draft for under $5. The bar is also nice because you have a close view of Stage 3. A lot of the girls will sit behind the bar after their set so its also a good place to start chatting without the pressure of a dance. But speaking of pressure, there is almost none that I've experienced at this club. The dancers will approach you, but not pressure. Most will sit in your lap for a bit to talk so you can get a feel if you want a dance or not. Nearly all the dancers will do this because they don't give dances on the floor. They would be $10, but the dancers want to take you to VIP which is $20/dance with no additional charge to go up there.
On this visit, I didn't go to VIP, but just had a few beers and talked with a few of the dancers. I was in somewhat of a hurry, so was out of there within about 45 minutes this time after talking with a few of the dancers for a bit.
