Lengthy repeat visit to the Hugger

I visited the Hugger back in October and didn't spend too much time there, so when passing through the area again I figured I'd stop by and really settle in for a bit. I wish that it had been more rewarding, but it was fine.

I got in a bit after 1pm and ended up staying until after 7. During the day shift, there were 5 dancers working to start, but one left after a bit, leaving only four to work the crowd. Given the dance prices at the Hugger, time spent with clients tends to take a while, so it took a looooooong time before any dancers made their way to me for a dance. It got a little better once the night shift started showing up and restoring balance to the customer/dancer ratio, but I wasn't as interested in many of the night girls so I left fairly soon after they started coming in.

Other reviews cover the scene but the basics are: located on a frontage road off the main drag in a commercial area that's not the least bit scary; small parking lot adjacent to the building, large lot across the street; decor is not at all impressive but it's too dark to notice; small stage where light show consists of dancers turning on whichever fluorescent light suits their mood; dancers play their own songs on the jukebox; private dances are all $10 and performed on regular cafe chairs in a corner of the room; cover is free in the afternoons; small glasses of beer (bud/bud light) are $3.
