First time here since the re-model

It’s Saturday night and as always, I’ve got nothing else better to do. The rain is coming down, but I’ve decided to stop by Bandaids tonight as it’s been a while. Parking lot was fairly empty. This was after 7pm so the cover is in full effect, I’ve been here earlier before, and they were still charging cover so I can’t say for sure. $8 cover, ID scan, quick pat down and cashier asked if I wanted a beer, why not, it’s only $3, club vibe seems pretty chill. I’ve read about the re-model but looks like they didn’t fix up the bar area and the 2 small stages there. Didn’t use the bathroom on this trip but in the past it’s not clean so I avoid if you can hold it.

I was hanging out in the bar area for a bit sipping my Corona and just observing. Didn’t see much action going on. Dancers wise this is always a mixed bag. You’ve got your “thicker” Latina dancers which I avoid. There’s a thicker blonde in the mix. Most are Latinas, I did see one or two AA and maybe one Cuban dancer but looks like she’s on her way out. No Asian for those looking, there used to be one here but she was very shy and flat chested (A) Skinny though. Finally, a young very slender Latina dancer approached me for a dance, she was trying to take me to VIP, but I always do floor first. We ended up by the new stage area. It’s now a new circular stage and they moved it 10 feet away from VIP area. It’s surrounded by new leather like chairs, much better than their previous cheap dining chairs. However, they really squeeze a lot of seats so you’re almost elbow to elbow with the person next to you.

Back to topic, dancer Melena (spellcheck here) started her dance and initially I thought it was going to suck but she warms up a bit mid-way and it was more hands-on. I did another one while she’s singing to despacito, she seems fun, so I thought I take up on her VIP offer. Back we went and sadly bouncer is standing and watching like hawk. For almost the whole song he was there, he finally left so I was hoping to get some action. Sadly, her VIP song is not much better than the floor dance. I ended it after 2 sets.
