Still my favorite

The CFC has a long time regular stop for me when I visit Columbus, and it generally lived up to my expectations.

Arrived around 11 PM, paid a $5 cover charge and entered. The club is near the airport (a plus for me) and there is ample parking. I have never sense and problems in the lot even at closing time. The club itself is a rather large square building within two dance stages - the main stage in the center and smaller one a corner that is not always used. The layout makes it comfortable even it is crowded.

I usually sit at the bar since I am always solo. This night the bar was crowded with patrons and ladies. I did find a seat at the far end of the bar in the corner, not a good seat at all. Basically, hidden from view and virtually impossible to catch the attention of the dancers. However, a short time later a patron left and opened up a seat in the front of the bar.
