good for late evening, not for afterwork

for 39th street spot. Walking by the old flashdancer's spot, a rep from Saphire's gave my a free entry pass. Normally it's $20. I got in around 9pm, still a little slow, It wasn't until 10:30 that it picked up. Lots of pretty white girls (they are the majority, with some latinas) some small and some slightly bigger but with right curves. I didn't notice many big boobs, but more shapely asses. The girls where great and it had a nice vibe because of the professional dj playing. Some couch areas and some lounge chair (arm rest) for dancing. This can make a difference in the sitdown grind feel, if girls use the arm rest to brace themselves. I think the dance time song is less than Rick's but about the same time as Flashdancers. If you prefer to have a hottie grind on you for multiple songs this place will drain your $ faster at $20/song, but it's not ridiculous short songs. For mileage it's pretty standard manhattan, (girl must have one foot on ground, no face to face stradling). You can touch by holding hips, no overt breast grabbing. The dance area is open. You might want privacy but you can also scope out other girls dancing on guy to see if you might like her.

I haven't tried any private room here.

Note: This spot is sharing a location with Lido room. Sometimes you see their girls walk by because they have the floor upstairs. If you pay the Lido fee ($30) you can go to Saphire and Lido. I don't think it's worth it unless you get a great Lido girl who may make out with you, otherwise I'd stay with Saphire's the layout is more like a stripclub, but Lido is more like a bar.
