Good Value Location

I called into FIlmores at about 10:00 on a Saturday evening. Entry was free, and beers were about 10 CAD with tip, albeit for a rather small size. So a good start! There were 10-20 girls, and maybe a few more patrons, half-a dozen of the guys sitting around around the only dance floor. The floor was occupied continuously, which is great. Girls did three songs, the first being fully clothed, the second perhaps with bra off, and the last - if you were lucky - fully naked: most did no go that far. Dancing was mediocre to OK, none really showing great skills. Girls all with good bodies, some tats but none too many. Unlike in Calgary, the girls were not putting a show on stage to get tips – coins thrown at critical areas, handing out photos, etc. This was US style, with the girls simply trying to attract customers to go to for a lap-dance. While there were a lot a reasonably secluded areas in the main bar, the dances were all upstairs, which by this time was getting busy. I did not indulge, but by all accounts the price and reward is reasonable. Certainly worth a go. NB: reviews say the area is a bit ‘sketchy’: nothing problematic that I could see, I would not let that put you off.
