Temper your expectations. This isn't the old Lido Room.

Having gone to the old Lido Room a handful of times and having a great experience each time, this isn't that old Lido Room. But taking place at Scores at W 28th, it's not the worst experience. Going on a Friday night, I found it pretty much your typical NYC SC experience - a good amount of tables, multiple stages, semi-private lap dance areas all in a decently sized space, colored LED lighting and strobes, a DJ blasting music, and a spacious bar.

For a Friday night that didn't seem too busy, they had a decent number of fairly attractive entertainers who mostly seemed very business-like and featured a good mix of ethnicities, from my observation - from Latina, Brazilian, Russian and Eastern European women.

Drinks prices were as expected, spending about $30 for a couple drinks and a (small) bottle of water. And dances cost the typical $20 per song, as is the case everywhere else.
